Founder & Principal Consultant

Janelle Washington is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Learning Partners, where she partners with organizations to build sustainable learning capabilities, rather than external dependencies. With over 12 years of leadership experience across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors, including Deputy Director at NYC Administration for Children's Services and roles at JPMorgan Chase and Meta, she specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, and culturally responsive organizational transformation. Janelle combines strategic expertise with human-centered design, informed by her Master of Social Work studies at NYU. Her philosophy is that the best consultants don't just deliver solutions, they build partnerships that empower organizations to succeed independently.
